"The room was unacceptable, not private and had high traffic walking past the small window. I asked to be upgraded (discovered later that I was entitled to a vip upgrade that was not honoured). Hotel refused then asked for $80 per night extra to move to a different room. Unacceptably poor customer service and I will never book here again. "

"The staff at the hotel were fantastic as well as the room it was clean and perfect for what we needed! The restaurant attached to the hotel however was awful. The waitress that was working was quite ignorant and not friendly. As well as the food was not that good I had ordered a mushroom burger when I had opened it there was no mushrooms on it when we told the waitress she took the food to the back and was back a minute later put the food down and said “you clearly were not looking hard enough there’s one right there under the cheese”. So it seemed as though she dug through it to find one even though both me and my husband had looked. The burger tasted like old oil and I didn’t end up eating it. Then she rudely told us that we had to pay regardless which we had no problem doing and never once said we weren’t going to pay for it. We were just saying we didn’t see any mushrooms and that it tasted really bad. Other than that it was a great stay and would definitely stay again! "

"Air conditioner is working. Parking is fine. Somethings need to be updated in rooms. Lack of face clothes & towels were given. Tv sometimes freezes. "

"Spotlessly clean, loved the hot pools and the complimentary tea, coffee and cocoa on demand. The service and staff were wonderful; they even found a pencil and sharpener for my daughter so she could do her homework. My youngest was a little disappointed there was no true swimming pool, but the rest of us didn't mind. The view from the hot pools is spectacular. They also provide free bus passes, which we appreciated so we could avoid trying to find parking downtown. We will stay here again on our next trip to Banff."

"Only stayed for one night and it was ok. Breakfast didn’t open till 8, which was a little late if you wanted to be at the hill early. No place to buy water on the grounds, only vending machines that were completely out of water. Other than that it was pretty good for the price."
