"VERY POORLY MAINTAINED AND SERVICED BY STAFF... missing bath towels / wash cloths, tissue, cutlery, plates, glasses, kitchen towels, kitchen cleaning supplies, night stand, etc...
- no TV listing guide in unit... once requested, we received a copy... useless
- TV not set up properly... had to reprogram and update the TV software in order to use
- Areas of unit dirty... table top, refrigerator, etc
- dangerous mess of wires behind microwave... had to choose which appliances to use and plug them in accordingly
- ice bucket filthy / no liner
- clock radio hidden in the one only night stand / not plugged in
- poor breakfast time - 5:30 to 8:30 on a Sunday!
- dirty towel behind bathroom door
- phone hanging loosely on the wall by the bed above the missing nightstand
- desk clerk N/A when booking in, another guest said he was NEVER at the desk
- phoned to get service from desk clerk... apparently he was cleaning a room somewhere
- phoned a few times to get help resolving issues / missing items... made to feel like we were inconveniencing the desk clerk
- morning desk clerk was more "interested" and did note and pass along our concerns, but was very clear she was only there for Breakfast and could not assist further.
- Note: reasonably prompt response from manager and we were assured the issues would be resolved and invited us back.
Very disappointing experience... we've been in worse hotels, but this was clearly the worst staff effort / standards that we've ever encountered."
