Its staff are well trained for professionalism, hospitality, and attitude to guests. My rental car had a malfunction, front desk member Pavel Myska spent close to an hour helping me to fix the problem, which I could not imagine in a normal hotel. This really let me feel at home while staying at the hotel. They go extra distance to help guests. I could not use words to express my gratitude towards this hotel."
