"The office was not open so the front desk was not staffed and we had to go to the Quality Inn, down the street, to check in. Our television did not work and as there was no staff on site we could not get it to work. We also had to go to the Quality Inn for breakfast and to check out. We have stayed here many times in the past and were very upset that the office was not open."

"Very friendly staff, our room was big, had a full sized fridge/freezer which we appreciated. We had a nice balcony although too cold to sit outside. No ice machine though so had to ask for ice from the restaurant. They were very accomodating though. Lovely restaurant that had a great breakfast menu to chose from. Will stay there again"

"Had to get maintenance man to fix the fireplace started. Remote control for the TV worked when he changed the battery. Fireplace was wide open or off so the room got a little cool by morning. Good food at the restaurant and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Have stayed here numerous times and usually good service. Seems maybe maintenance is a little lacking "
