"Room was good, but lacked in lighting. Our air conditioner wall unit didn't work, and being a pool view room a fan was needed. Luckily we were able to secure the only standing fan on property for the duration of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Front desk, amazing! Bedding comfortable. The rooms need an upgrade! Torn wallpaper, not thoroughly dusted, coffee maker not clean, towels thin and old. Breakfast buffet disappointing. Hot food not hot, but the croissants, coffee and orange juice were good."

"There was a gym on the 8th floor and my room was below it. I woke up to the sound of someone running on a treadmill and later in the morning trying to work from my room, sounded liked weights were going to come through the ceiling. When I called reception they were quick to move me to a quiet room. Parking was $45 a night! Not much within easy or safe-feeling walk in terms of dinner options. Beautiful view from the restaurant. Lobby feels clinical and cold. "
