Nice clean and comfy hotel. Lovely big rooms and big shower. Walking distance to West Edmonton Mall. Breakfast was mediocre but staff were very friendly. Would stay again :)

My husband and i really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, i enjoyed the pool, my husband worked out in the gym, the airport shuttle was a great help, a quick call from the airport courtesy phone not long to wait. This hotel wasn't given good reviews for it's furniture, really, nothing wrong with the furniture, the main thing was it was so clean and fresh, staff always working. Only one thing i disliked was the heavy set staff member at reception, didn't get his name, always eating and playing around...

We stayed as a family for 4 nights at the end of our Summer road trip ahead of flying home. The hotel is in a commercial area with restaurants and shops close by.
We always choose Hampton Inn for the consistently good value and locations but this one was even better than 'normal'.
This was because of the staff who were very engaging and helpful with tips of places to visit and seemed to have a genuine interest in our stay being the best it could be.
