Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was good, but I have never seen such thin toilet paper, worse than crafting tissue paper. It was like 1/4 ply.

I was very impressed with this property. I think some people who get rooms facing the railway complain about noise, my room was facing the parking lot so I did not hear anything. Staff at the reception was amazing. I walked in, check in was fast and smooth and everything was explained to me. My only suggestion to staff is to replace those coffee makers inside the rooms with normal water kettles. I know there is a kettle in the common area but it would have been nice to have one in the room. Parking was always available when I stayed there. My room was very spacious, the bathroom was clean. My towels were also changed every 2 days even though I wasn’t expecting it. I thought you have to request it. But they did it anyway. Overall I had an amazing stay here. It is absolutely perfect if you are thinking of going skiing around Banff. Also it was very budget friendly!!
