Staff was very accommodating. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Rooms were very clean and well stocked with pillows, towels and toiletries. Games room and pool were a hit with the kids. My only wish was that the kitchen had more basics like salt, pepper and cooking oil.

A most enjoyable autumn mountain vacation, to celebrate an 80th and a 70th birthday in one family! The venue worked very well for four senior couples, one single, plus adult children and grandchildren to be close together while providing private suites. Staff were friendly and accommodating. This is definitely a place to stay longer than 2 nights as it has everything a family needs to enjoy their stay. The dryer wasn't at its best but we could manage it. And although the access and rules were a bit complex to follow, we also dealt with them accordingly without trouble. We didn't have time to use the pool but we kept wondering if the access to it was from the indoor aisles or we had to walk through the parking lot to get there (if the latter, I wouldn't find that convenient...).

Loved the linens and cleaning supplies in the room. Check in 5 pm and check out 10 am was a little tight- would have liked a bit longer stay. Maybe put the email for check out on the information card we were given on check-in. Loved the hot tub. Will come again!
