You won’t be disappointed with the Chateau Lacombe. It’s a very pleasant property, with pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms are slightly dated, but clean and nice.

The property has a few restaurants on site and also many within walking distance. You are able to catch a train mo problem. The staff were kind and accommodating. The rooms could use outlets near the nightstand for charging but that may be a one off due to the layout of my room.

It had nice views of downtown and the river valley depending on your room. The hotel is definitely showing its age and definitely needs a facelift. Not exactly worth the expensive price tag. The lounge was nice, I'm not sure about the other two restaurants. The local "wildlife" doesn't exactly make this feel as nice as it should.
