The light from the peep hole was directly onto the middle of the left side of the bed on the pillow. Not sure how you can correct that due to placement of the bed however i needed to cover it with paper. Other than that everything was excellent.

Good location and the view was amazing. Expensive parking and the coffee machine and fire place did not work in our room. Last day only one elevator worked and it took 40 minutes to get down from our room on the 43 floor.

The elevators in the North Tower that have the falls view rooms only had one working during the stay. The highlight of the hotel was that it had restaurants that we were planning to try but all restaurants were closed on Monday. Which made us order fast food from DoorDash. Our first night the room was so hot that we barely got any sleep and then it took the maintenance staff thirty minutes to fix it. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and have a nice time while enjoying and having a good time in our falls view room but all in all, it was an average stay. The guest room services were really sweet; they were polite. I have been to many 4 and 5-star hotels but this one felt like a 3 star.

The concierge at the Hilton Niagara by the name of Karen is an absolute sweetheart. She had my room decorated and ready for my boyfriend and I to celebrate our anniversary. Such a great place to stay and very very friendly staff

We were very pleased with our stay. The interior of the property is very bright and clean. The check in at the front desk was very quick, with plenty of staff. The young lady who assisted us was very pleasant, friendly and professional. Once she realized that both my wife and i had mobility issues, she made arrangements for us to park our vehicle on site at no additional charge. The entire staff that we encountered, whether they be security, cleaning, parking etc, were extremely friendly always with a greeting or a smile and a nod of the head. We would stay again if the need arises to be in NF and would recommend this hotel for your traveling needs.
