This was a great location for the falls. We had an excellent view from our room. The pool, and gym was a nice added benefit. I would stay here again, but I would not pay to park here. It was $50 a night and we could have used the lot across the street for a lot less.

The room was fine, but there was no safe provided. The only amenity was a coffee/tea station - no restaurant on the premises. Our view of the falls was great. The elevator is old and very slow. The ride down to the falls area was very close and convenient.

Can not rate this hotel because when we arrived, there had been some kind of issue with our booking, so they moved us to a different hotel. The upside, they put us in the Hilton, 4 star hotel, on the 36th floor with an absolutely heavenly view of the falls! I will say the Hilton was a 20/10 for me! It was a beautiful hotel, with all of the amenities and very walkable to everything!

Budget friendly stay during busy season. Don't use the toilet it will get clogged. They upgrade you from a river view to a falls view when in reality its all a falls view. Parking is crazy expensive and its not sheltered parking. Next door is cheaper and its a parking garage. Location is great close to everything. Beds are not comfortable at all and the Observation deck is not a deck its a hallway. All the rooms have a view so to pay extra for something that you get anyways is stupid.

This vacation was perfect. Love the fact that the elevator car that takes you from the top of the street where we were staying took us right down to the main falls area for $4 each. That elevator was directly behind the hotel a 2 min walk. Mohamed was amazing at front desk. He was very helpful gave us a great room. Paying for parking SUCKS but APPARENTLY all hotels does that in the area? The pick of restaurants in the area are super great. We will come back again! Thank you Mohamed happy pride!

We had a Fallsview King room. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The only thing I missed was having a bathroom sink with counter space. This room only had a pedestal so there was no room for toiletry items. This is an older hotel so nothing fancy but it was great for our stay, close to walk to everything we wanted to do. Could use a hospitality area on the main floor. We saw several families trying to eat breakfast or lunch in the lobby area which really isn’t designed for that

The location was incredible! The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. The amenities were not good at all. The fitness center was pathetic and you had to walk through the pool area to get to it. There was no restaurant and there was no way to fill a water bottle. There was a coffee machine in the lobby but no quick fill or water dispensary on hand for drinking water. This is a basic requirement and one that should not be too hard to offer.

View from room was great. Internet was very slow. TV shows buffered multiple times during shows. Check in was terrible! The desk agent stopped our check in twice to talk to previous guests who jumped in front of us at desk to add things to their lodging. The agent should have told them to wait until he was finished checking us in. I’m not likely to stay there again.
