"The room was very clean as always. We appreciate that the team left us a couple robes / pairs of sluppers and extra towels. The staff at check in and room services are always pleasant and helpful. The team at the Tellers Bar are amazing and know us so well. 1 King always makes us feel at home. My only suggested feedback is - something needs to be inproved about the hydration in the rooms.
