"Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet (on 20th floor), beautiful lobby, wonderful location, gorgeous views in and around property. Loved the harbour front walkway. Would stay there again."

"Clean room our room had no robes…everyone else’s seemed to. The fact that you have to leave a key card in the wall for the fridge to stay cold was not convenient or stated anywhere. So you take your key with you for the day and all the stuff in your fridge goes bad "

"Room was very spacious and clean although slightly dated. Beds were super comfy. Pool is not worth the visit (in basement and very dingy) unless you have children and want a bit of entertainment for them. Bar and restaurant are great and food delicious, although service was slow which resulted in us cancelling our dessert. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Laundry room was very handy as we were travelling for a few weeks however TV and computer advertised as time fillers while waiting for your laundry were all out of service. Hotel is well positioned to access downtown, Stanley Park and the Aquarium. "
