"Coffee machine in the room would of been nice"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future. The views from the room were truly exceptional and greatly enhanced our experience. Upon arrival, we noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned to the expected standard, however, this issue was addressed promptly once reported. Additionally, while air conditioning was advertised, it was not available, though a fan was provided upon request. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the attentive service and stunning surroundings."

"Clean , easy check in . And out ,central to everything. In between two tube station.charing cross and embankment. Love our stay .its a leisure trip . Bed is comfortable and soft. Very nice staff at check in. Food near just as you step out of lobby. Highly recommended. "

"Loved our stay at CitizenM Victoria Station. So easy to get around all of London. The hotel bar and lobby area had a great vibe. So close to many great restaurants and pubs. The iPad room controls were next level! The only minor downside was the tiny room, but well worth it for all the other amenities and locations. Great value as well! Highly recommend!"
