"Despite being at a very busy service station and close to the M40, it's quiet inside the hotel and room The room itself was comfortable and spotlessly clean. While there was no kettle in the room, there was hot water on tap near reception. All in all, a good place to stay"

Brilliant. Internal decor of public areas is quite sumptuous. The bar and restaurant were great and surprisingly reasonable for the style of hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. Spa & pool look great. Secure parking at a reasonable £16 per day. We were given an amazing room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.

I stay at this hotel multiple times a year when visiting Heathrow. It is minutes away from all terminals, whether you are driving or using public transport, and very accessible at all hours of the day or night. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly/helpful. There is a bar & restaurant with plenty of options for food/drink. Nothing more you could ask for and I will continue to stay here for all future trips!

Arrived at Thistle hotel by using the pods from T5, this is a brilliant way to travel and so simple, check in at the hotel was simple, receptionist very friendly and explained everything, there is no lift in this hotel but we were on first floor just be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs, we were offered help with our bags if we needed. Standard double room, kettle, standard size mugs, adjustable heater, bed could have done with a kingsize duvet rather than a double as not...

This is a very comfortable place to stay, within easy reach of Hounslow Central tube for easy access to London. The people here were so friendly and kind, and went the extra mile to help me out with parking.

Stayed there for 6 nights. Excellent value for the price, staff is friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than expected and the standard was very good.
10 minute walk from the underground, 15 from the high street.
Will probably stay here again on my next visit to London.

The location of the hotel is close to tube as well as excellent bus routes into the city. There's plenty of takeaway locations and supermarkets for collecting food.
The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't have done any more to help. And i loved that they had drinks and snacks for sale at the reception. Perfect after a long day
The room was a bit of a strange layout, but i quite liked in, and enjoyed the separate sofa and work area in the room.
I would happily stay at this hotel again
