"I would advise other travellers to be cautious, especially if arriving late or making a last-minute booking. I should also mention that I was told I would not be offered breakfast because I had booked last minute or arrived late. My experience with the reception staff made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Regardless of the price paid for a room, every guest should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay here again."

"Really lovely room and amazingly comfy bed. Would definitely stay there again!"

"The staff were exemplary in their manner, attentiveness and willingness to ensure guests were well looked after"

"We have stayed at the Feathers a few times now and it has always been a good stay."

"Great food and a convenient place to stop for the night"

"Great place to stay. Peaceful clean and stylish. Everyone was very nice and helpful"

"Dirty, the only clean part luckily were the bed sheets everything else old and dirty. They advertise food but I was told on arrival that they do not serve any food and closed early. The pictures of the place must have been when it was new because it does not look anything like them now. If you have a choice do not stay there. I should have read the comments before booking. I did not stay the 3 nights I had booked, made a new booking at another hotel and moved there."

"Had a great weekend staff and hotel was very good would stay there again"

"Bathroom was to small otherwise good"

"This is my go-to location in London. Shepherd’s Bush is a culinary treqt!"
