Crammed in a very small room with 4 single beds. 4 men in a supposedly family room. !! Doors creaking waking everyone up, shower completely hopeless “ not working” fluctuating from scolding hot to freezing cold. Small shared bathroom to serve 6+ people!! No rear door access to the car park at times during the day and at night therefore had to walk around the streets to get to the only access door to the front in constant rain. Room service none existent, no bin emptied over 4 days creating a buildup of rubbish. Bedding long past it’s sell by date. Photos do not reflect the realities.

Looked fine on the website but wasn't suitable for for me and my son so didn't stay. It's a pub but not a staycation type pub. This was booked as an urgency following the cancellation of my other hotel owing to flooding and forfeited my payment.
