"The fan that was provided which was stored in the wardrobe, upon taking it out to use I couldn’t help but to notice how filthy it was. The amount of dust build up on the back and front was awful. I had my two daughters with me so there’s no way I could’ve used that to blow dust around the room, I think not!!! Secondly I paid for late check out which was until 1pm at a point of going outside I was stopped by the front desk and asked what room I was in and if asked if had paid for late check out...
