"The staff was not very helpful or friendly, the beds were very uncomfortable and probably the thinnest mattress I've ever slept on. When using the shower, I had to leave the curtain open because it's on a straight rail instead of a curved one, so it tries to cling to you the entire time, and the water was NOT hot enough. Overall, very disappointed for the price I paid. "

"This hotel is a little gem, minutes walk away from Wembley stadium and the train station. I was positively surprised by the spacious double room, the bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have the big telly, good bathroom and the coffee/tea station & fridge with water in it. I will definitely stay here in future and I can heartily recommend this hotel. I didn't use breakfast or business facilities so I can't say anything about those."

"Booked a room with a king size bed plus a sofa bed, but the latter turned out to be just a normal sofa. However, the staff were really helpful and quick to find a solution so the stay ended up being perfectly fine."
