"Stay here often due to work and have stayed in almost all of the Luton airport options now. This is by far the best in opinion and the one I opt for now each time. I don’t use the restaurant much, but the room facilities are always immaculate, comfy and the soundproofing from the airport itself is always the best of the bunch there for sure."

"As expected for an airport hotel. Restaurant was open 24 hrs with some items and we arrived later in the evening and this was very helpful. We also had breakfast at the restaurant. As expected for a decent hotel and food quality better than at Holiday Inn's in Canada/USA. Well maintained and clean property. Defintely recommend for convencience near Luton airport."

"Convenient and plentiful parking. Room as expected for price paid. Comfy and included all essentials. Very friendly and helpful staff member at check in. Toilet in room needs mending, however, it didn’t affect my stay and due to not noticing till late I didn’t report it. I’m sure they would have fixed if I’d given them the opportunity."

"The carpets on the way to the rooms had just been washed and the scent was fresh and clean. The room was of good size with a walking shower and plenty of soap and shampoo. It was very quiet even being surrounded by airplanes and the train station. A bit unfair to have to pay £12 extra for parking 24h, without stating this on the booking. I enquired twice about the situation for parking as needed to travel early in the day, leave the car and catch the metro to London for 8am. Nobody responded to my enquiry on the chat bot via a link on the email with the reserve. Upon arriving in the evening and after having to pay £25 to park '30 min from Wembley Stadium, the staff informed me that they do not operate or engage with customers via any chatbot. The parking charges or option were not explained anywhere on the website. Other than that, breakfast was reasonably good to be included in the price of the room, and the stay was comfortable and in a convenient location."

"The room was affordable and had good amenities. The air conditioning was on, the room was tidy and clean. The sheets are white so I can tell it was clean. They had left out towels and had handwash, shampoo and body wash included. The room was very quiet as well. Reception is 24/7 so I check in late but managed to still get in. For the price especially I was really satisfied."
