"Attended “Faulty Towers” show experience hosted in the dining room (organisers independent of hotel ) staff from hotel reception friendly , welcoming , helpful . Room for overnight stay clean , comfortable , bathroom modern clean and clearly refurbished. Overall a very enjoyable stay "

"We were told that we had a deluxe room. I don't know what was deluxe about it. It was very small, but otherwise pretty standard. Although there was a safe in the wardrobe, laughably it was not bolted down. None of the sockets had USB for charging phones etc."

"The hotel is in an excellent condition and I was very pleasantly surprised with how big it is inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful and more so, as I was celebrating a special occasion with my boyfriend, when we walked into the bedroom we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and cheesecake on the table and the bed was beautifully decorated with a towel swan and floral petals. I was so in awe it was the most wonderful surprise. So a huge thank you to the team for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back again soon! "

"Great location next to the Holborn underground station. Mobility is amazing. WiFi was down for 3 days severely affecting my productivity. No fix was given, just a vague promise of an engineer coming at some point. Staff was present and kind. "
