"Lovely welcoming hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was lovely with large single beds which are extremely comfortable. The hotel is amazingly quiet being so close to a very busy road. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying there again."

"Lift was out of order and was placed on 5th floor. I had a lot of luggage to drag up 5 flights. The air con was not working and room was so stuffy. It apparently was controlled from reception. Toilet continuous flowing after flush. Had to pump the button to get it to stop. Pillows are hard but bed was comfy. Reception should have informed me about the lift and offered help. Their response to any negative comments was always. Oh and a shrug... "

"We stayed in the room with small kitchen area but no fridge So used to it in Canada and America. Room was newly decorated. Very nice indeed. Bed was excellent. Bathroom small which is typical in UK. Hotel has elevator/lift. Excellent Indian restaurant literally next door to hotel. Staff friendly. Underground just across the street but only stairs down to platform/track."

"2nd time staying at this hotel due to its location to the Troubadour Theatre (less than a 5 min walk). Car park was full on arrival as it is only small so we parked in a nearby multi storey which was less than a 10 min walk away. We ate at the property and the food was good - Decent price too for Wembley but we found the drinks to be on the expensive side. There is a co-op about a 2 min walk away, I'd recommended going there for any bits you need. Staff were okay - no one went above and beyond, felt a bit robotic as if they were going through the motions and not actually caring about you as a customer. However, due to the location, I would return."
