The staff at reception were welcoming and helpful, especially when we had no towels in the room, they made sure the towels were in the room ready upon our return. The room is basic but clean and presentable, somewhere to put your head down and shower. It’s also as the reviews say very easy to get to and from Wembley stadium."

"It was a good location for Lords and Paddington walking. Room was clean enough although we had to complain as no pillowcases on thd bed this was dealt with reasonably efficiently after we called them.Didnt see any staff . Kitchen was okay had all we needed however we didn't think quality was of a very good standard. We couldn't sleep as room was too light and we didn't use the masks provided as they made sleep even less likely. Very low water pressure in the shower . It didn't suit us so...

"A clean and comfortable stay before a flight. The hotel is only about 6 mins by bus no 423 from T5. There is a McDonald’s along the road and a few restaurants and pubs in walking distance. The check in staff were polite and helpful."

"Excellent place to stay before a flight from T5 and we will continue to do so as long as prices remain affordable. The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant is decent. One thing to be aware of is the curiously arranged and numbered rooms. This place is the hotel version of Charles DeGaulle airport! After many stays we have just about worked it out but we encountered many baffled guests going up and down in the lifts trying to find their rooms. One set of elevators was out of action which added to the confusion. We had a pretty long walk through a series of closed and heavy doors to reach our room. This might seem like petty carping but when you are older and carrying luggage it isn’t ideal."
