"absolutely disgusting.when we arrived,we couldn't enter our room .the neighborhood had their pitbull unleashed at the door we watched a drug deal go down in the parking lot.The room was filthy the carpet on the stairs and the couch was stained almost black looks like it's never been cleaned. lifted the sheets on the beds there were stains and hair all over the beds. the floors were never swept there was food and dust all over the rest of the floor.my daughters were terrified and crying we left and found a new hotel I would not have this place on Expedia (I would like to know how i could get a refund)"

"The property around the room was duty, we had problems flushing the toilet, the shower water was cold, they have plastic underneath the sheets of your bed, the tv very old. The staff were very helpful and polite though. "

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I checked in, communication with the front desk was extremely difficult. The desk was behind thick bulletproof glass, and the electronic microphone system used to speak through the glass was barely functioning. It was very hard to hear the staff member or have a clear conversation during check-in. The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and rattling constantly, making it nearly impossible to rest. Even worse, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It quickly became clear that the guest in the neighboring room was actively smoking, and the smell was coming directly into my room. This created a real health concern. I have asthma, and the smoke odor triggered a flare-up that led to a minor asthma attack. Because of this, I did not feel safe staying in the room overnight. Ultimately, I had to leave and find last-minute accommodations elsewhere, which was stressful and expensive late at night. If a room is advertised as non-smoking, it should actually be smoke-free. Between the loud AC unit, the smoke entering from the neighboring room, and the difficult check-in experience, the stay was completely unacceptable. I hope Hotels.com and the property take these issues seriously so other guests do not experience the same situation."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There was a cockroach crawling up the bathroom wall, which immediately showed how poorly this place is maintained. The bed sheets were covered in visible stains, making the room feel filthy and completely unacceptable. The atmosphere around the property was also extremely sketchy. There appeared to be prostitutes both inside and outside the building, with people constantly coming and going. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable the entire time. Between the roaches, stained bedding, and shady activity around the property, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. I will never stay here again. Ever. Note, I advise the front desk about the cockroach and stained sheets and I asked for the manager and she wasn’t in. I asked the front desk to have the manager to give me a call. The response “she doesn’t make personal calls.” And unfortunately I didn’t take photos/videos. Lesson learned."

"Hyatt place is usually our favorite hotel because it is clean and dependable. This experience was very different. The property was very rundown and dirty. Only one working elevator and that one had a broken grab bar. No ice machine. In the room the carpets were stained and dirty. The ceilings were cracked. There were lots of scratches on the door around the door knob. The air conditioning was very loud. There was no soap in the shower, the large container was empty. The room was in terrible disrepair with Messi caulking around the edges. Lots of dust bunnies hanging from the popcorn ceiling."

"This motel is horrific. It is in the worst part of Phoenix and you can feel that immediately. The area around the hotel is terrifying. The motel lobby was poorly kept. On walking into my room, there were many dirty marks and scuff marks on the floors and stains on the walls. There were various bugs in the room, but no bed bugs that I could see. The sheets were paper thin and had various stains as well. It didn't appear that the bathroom toilet paper was changed from the prior people as there was only about 2/3 of the roll left when I first got there. "
