The room was pretty clean and they had security maintain the grounds. Mainly I loved the accessibility and staff experience! Eric was always very nice and helpful! Also it was located near the highway which made it great to get around to other places in Phoenix.
Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Staff was great. He was trying to take care of so many things at once. Definitely need to hire some more people for the front desk.
Clean rooms. Nice updates.

Staff was really nice, room was pretty good for the price. The only weird things were the bed crinkled like it was covered in plastic, the bathtub was stained pink, and the room weirdly didn’t have trash cans.
Nice pool. Room is very spacious though not luxurious. A simple space with simple amenities.

Positives - Staff is very nice and accomodating, size of room is large, easy access to I17 and pricing.
Negatives - Conditon of my room wasn't great (floors were dirty, door had hole in it, etc.), overnight noise disrupted sleep (3:30am someone above me was moving furniture and vacuuming), and some clientele is sketchy. Finally the general area surrounding the hotel is not great.

Neighborhood is not safe. Police visited my adjacent room because of an incident.Felt uncomfortable staying there.
Room given doesn’t get hot water at all. Told staff and they gave a new room
Staff is good and helpful
Well U get what u paid for lol .. towels where stained the bathroom door didnt close no phone in the rooms for any room service & no hot water a lil sketch random ppl where knocking on our door at 5am ?? BUT othere than that the bed was very comfy lol
I can tell they’re touching up the property so that’s a good thing. Very good for what I paid for it. It did smell a bit funky, but it wasn’t dirty by any means. Staff were very friendly. A bit too cold for the pool so I never got to use it.

Staff were very courteous. We needed a place to sleep for the night close to the airport. A little dated room. my only complaint would be the floors are very dirty. I had white socks on and by morning they are the dirtiest socks I've seen, good that I had my socks on. If you are tight on budget and need a place to stay for the night near airport this is ok. I mean you get what you pay for I guess.
I had a great experience staying at Stay 7 Studio on North Black Canyon Highway in Phoenix. From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth and stress-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I had a question or needed anything during my stay.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really appreciated how quiet it was at night, which made it easy to relax and get good rest. The studio setup was practical and convenient, especially for a longer stay, and everything worked exactly as it should. Housekeeping kept the property in good shape, and common areas were consistently clean.
The location is another big plus. Being right off the Black Canyon Highway made it easy to get around Phoenix, and there were plenty of nearby stores, restaurants, and essentials within a short drive. It felt like a safe and accessible area, which definitely matters when choosing a place to stay.

At the first glance, room looked clean, but you sleep on the plastic wrap that looks like large plastic bag for the matters. So every move you can hear towers were dirty, and the next door Dog was backing the whole night.
Solo traveler, I appreciated the security gate and the office was quick to respond when I had cable connection questions. Felt safe and quite satisfied with the price and location!
The property is undergoing change to improve the property and clientele. The amenities need improvements as do the rooms. The staff were very helpful and caring. Overall the stay was 2-3 star rating. The staff rating was 4-5 stars.
Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pillows are a bit small and we only had 2 for 2 people, we asked for more and they brought them up. Room is a bit bare bones though, no iron, blow dryer, hangers, coffee pot etc. but there was a mini fridge and microwave. Overall we were good with the stay and it was very cheap for the area. Onsite security with a manned gate where you park.
