Within walking distance to the Tempe marketplace. Only potential complaining is that this area is within the path of PHX, it may get noisy outside but the hotel inside is not noisy.

I was given a room on the 1st floor and it was not quiet at night due to music playing, bar and restaurant on that floor as well as proximity to the elevator. Staff was ok but not especially accommodating or nice. The area doesn't have much, you have to walk a mile to get to nice park, there is an Italian restaurant right by hotel.
