Convenient to The NEC, walkable from BHI train station and to NEC (5 mins) safe walking pathway. Hotel was clean, quiet considering it is so close to major roads and airport I did not hear a thing! Breakfast was well worth the money, pre pay at check in to save.

Fast friendly check in. Clean modern rooms. Comfortable bed with extra pillows. Friendly restaurant staff. Harman recommended the Zesty Lemon Cheesecake; delicious.

This was a great option for an overnight stay between arriving at Birmingham airport and our onward journey. The rooms are definitely compact but not claustrophobic and it was supremely quiet.

We dined in the hotel restaurant which was quite poor, we both had simple beefburgers and fries which were clearly stated on the menu as being 8oz burgers but which I'd say were 4oz at best. The room itself was functional and clean and served it's purpose.

Lower your expectations and you'll find it OK
TYhis is an OK airport hotel which out of season is good value for money and very convenient. In season it's still very convenient but also very expensive for what is a mid range formula hotel.

Always stay here to start my holidays. Rooms spotless clean functional and swift check in and out. Staff are friendly some with a humorous touch in the restaurant , which always make me smile.😀

Always enjoy a pre flight stay at this hotel. Nice food available, cosy spacious bar area, rooms very clean and comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful, hairdryer wasn’t working and was replaced immediately. Will keep coming back, great for twilight check in. Holiday begins here.

We had a car and the only parking is the airport car park which is very expensive. There is a discount but still very pricy. The location in terms of proximity to the airport is excellent. Easy check-in/check-out.

Great hotel.
Lovely hotel, amazing beds, spacious bedroom. Paid extra (£7) for better room. Very convenient on the airport and not expensive at all. Great place to stay the night before a flight.

Comfortable Stay
Check in was very efficient and the room was clean and modern. The food from the bar was good (pizza) although its only a small menu but sufficient for an overnight stay. I would stay at this hotel again in the future.
