There wasn't anything that I didn't like, room was clean, and spacious, that is to say, it was not cramped. However there was not wasn't anything extra ordinary to set it aside from other budget hotels. I would stay there again as it was value for money.

Adi from reception was brilliant but check out was at 11am why did housekeeping knock on my door at 9.30am wake me up and try enter the room? Absolutely ruined the trip for me - I’m sure they get given a sheet showing which rooms are occupied etc - they knocked and woke me up at 9.30am!! I didn’t answer the door when they knocked and they thought they could come in? Bad service!!

Everything worked well except the AC did not work. On hot days, the room being on high floor, we could not open the window. The staff wss kind. Gave us a fan but it's like circulating hot air. But we would stay again.

Double room was very spacious and bathroom very clean. Mattress was slightly uncomfortable as i could feel the springs. Price was good as includes breakfast. Lift slightly confusing. Breakfast on the day i stayed (Sunday night stay so Monday morning breakfast) was served 6.30am to 9.30am. I went down at 8.50am and it was queuing all the way back. Apparently it was extra busy that morning. They had to extend breakfast time. I waited 35 minutes. The pastries had all run out completely and some of the hot food items had run out before they were being topped up. I didnt enjoy the breakfast experience especially as the hotel is holds a large capacity of people but didnt seem to cater for that number at breakfast time.

The staff that we dealt with were very helpful and polite, there just weren't many around. Breakfast was chaotic and not easy with a young family. They don't book times so it meant we were left on bar stools with a 3yr old and a newborn. The room was nice enough - clean and enough room. The sofa bed was a little rickety and, whilst it was okay for a 3yr old, I would worry about it for an older child.

I paid 110 pounds for a room on a weekday that didn't have air-conditioning , when I placed a complaint they provided a fan . In the morning the room was like steam room . Worst experience so far , and I have used this property twice before never faced anything like this .
