I love this place so much I'm going back again at the end of August. It has everything that the traveller in London would want: dear little kitchen with fridge, hotplate and microwave; en suite, lots of beautiful objects that lend the place character, scrupulously clean, every-obliging staff, central to everything, and with restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, post office and many shops within a stone's throw. It even has a guest lounge, a garden and a laundry.

Other than having to pay for parking at 34£ a day, it was wonderful, all the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the room was lovely, would defo stay here again !

Newly renovated, nicely furnished and well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, crisp white sheets, I have a small room with some outside noise room 216, but it was comfortable and ideal for a one night stay. Would prefer a larger room for any longer stay. Staff were excellent, very helpful and polite, breakfast was good and timely, hot buffet needs to serve selection of eggs rather than standard scrambled which never hits the spot! Wish the team at the hotel success London needs more new...

Sure it could do with a bit of a revamp but then the price would go sky high.
The location is great an easy walk to two underground stations & several busses stop right outside.
If you want luxury then pay 3-4 times as much to stay just down the road but if you just want a clean room & a comfortable bed then this is the place for you & you can use what you saved enjoying yourself somewhere else.
The lift is a bit small if there are 2-3 of you but you can always split up & do it that way.

Overall an excellent hotel for a stay in London. The staff were polite, efficient and knowledgeable about the area.
The outside is looking a little tired hence the review of good not excellent on property condition.

The lobby was absolutely stunning, as was the rest of the hotel. Beautiful decorations. Room was a bit small but I was staying by myself so I didn’t mind. Location was great, about a 2 minute walk from the Queensway Train station, which basically takes you right into the city. Feels very safe for someone traveling alone!

Very pleased with the service we received. I left my new Kindle in the room and after emailing the hotel they confirmed they had it and packaged it up for me so I could arrange a collection with Royal mail. I received it back after 7 days.
Wonderful service and would definitely return.
Thank you.
