Very clean rooms. Breakfast excellent. Staff efficient at their work. Location. Good for city centre 20 mins away. Would be good to be able to link personal Netflix account to in room TV (visual vs just audio sound).

We stayed here overnight for a trip to the theatre. The hotel was stylish and our room well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The walk into the city took about 10 minutes. The route our sat nav took us was an easy walk although I would say it was very “back street” in places and coming home in the dark was a little unnerving….not sure I would have wanted to have done it without my husband!! All the staff we met were very lovely and breakfast was exceptional!! Definitely top hotel standard in my opinion. I’m struggling to think of anything they could do to improve….would certainly recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 1 night. Everything about the hotel was perfect. The staff were so lovely and the room was very modern and extremely clean. There was a small lounge area with free coffee and snacks which was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was 10/10 and I liked that it was slightly outside of the city centre but only a 10 minute walk into the centre. Highly recommend for a trip to Bath. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! Loved it! Great location, easy walk to town, free parking. Absolutely wonderfully decorated, amazing bathroom, comfy bed, great view - and we had a standard room. Breakfast is great too, cooked to order and other bits are also available and so fresh, pastries, fruits, cereal etc. One thing I thought of though... Metal night stands is not a great idea, they are super noisy, putting phone down, glass with water, any knocks to it just so loud :))
