"Great hotel and room. Parking was an issue but all around great experience!"

"They need to update they rooms and they rooms are very small some rooms have microwaves some rooms don’t the rooms are falling apart I had to change my room 3 time and still wasn’t happy but just deal with it the pool you can’t use until swimming lessons is over and that’s everyday from 12 to 5:30 very inconvenient for people who visit and have days planned and when we got to the pool it was yellow and some of they staffs are very rude I will never considered this as a stay I will never come here again "

"I was pleased with my stay at The Capital Hotel. My room was clean and the staff were helpful. I was pleased that during my week stay it was very quiet at night (inside & outside). It was only during my last night that I heard people talking in the next room, and someone snoring (faintly heard in my room). Lol. But generally, it was quiet. The room was a good size. It all looks relatively new. The bathroom was roomy & modern. The bed was comfy. The hotel is on a semi-commercial street, with other hotels & new builds around. It isn’t a nice area. But it’s very fast to get into Manhattan. It’s a 9 minute walk to the subway….., then two stops to the Upper East Side. There’s a 24 hour deli & laundromat nearby as well as numerous popular fast food options. There’s government housing nearby, but I always felt safe. If you keep to yourself you’ll be okay. I’d stay again."
