Multiple times, we called reception and they just set the phone aside without putting you on hold so you're just talking to empty air. Very rude. Airport shuttle was only once per hour, and filled up quickly. So it took more than an hour to get from JFK to the hotel, and we couldn't get a shuttle back AT ALL and had to use Lyft. A/C ran, but the room remained uncomfortably humid the entire time we were there. Breakfast was promised but there was only coffee.

The staff are rude. Airport shuttle didn’t do pickup from JFK. Sheet and the whole room are damp with a bed odor. It’s a ripoff for the condition and location of this inn.

I had to get a hotel after my flight got canceled. Expect there to be a long wait to the shuttle and there is a better chance of booking a room if you book online. Overall it was a safe hotel and affordable compared to others. 24 shuttle transportation to JFK. Customer service was not great but they were very busy getting people in so it’s understandable. The room was clean and safe. I slept good with the air conditioning.
