Enjoy a getaway for two at these romantic properties
Good location by the river. River or city wiew. Very nice staff and breakfast
Excellent location with full selection for breakfast. Staff were always polite and efficient to attend staff's needs.
The property's location was excellent, centrally located in the city, closed to everything or within walking distance to public transportation, but the only drawback to this is the service of the hotel personnel during our breakfast. Fantastic location, and wonderful river views. Happy, helpful staff.
Staff were great. Always helpful. Rooms were good size, clean and comfortable.
Good location, spacious room, good breakfast. The facilities in the hotel were good and easy to use. Staff were helpful and pleasant and friendly. Location was good to reach all the important places. Walking distance to all places of interest.
The staff, location. Facilities. Was fantastic. My bag showed up late from the airline and the mall attached had everything you could ever need! Rooftop restaurants and patios where incredible. Highly recommend this property

Bangkok has a wide array of hotels with various star ratings, but those best equipped to spoil you and your partner during your holiday in Bangkok are those that are more upscale. You have plenty of romantic hotels to choose from, whether you are looking for riverside retreats, sky high views of the city, authentic Thai charm or chic and urban hotels. All can provide world-class pampering to set the mood for an unforgettable romantic getaway.
If you are looking for a lavish dinner next to the stars, look no further than the Lebua at State Tower. This five-star option is a great hotel in Bangkok for couples. It has beautiful rooms and suites, and offers 360-degree views of the city and river from its rooftop bar and restaurant. A more secluded setting next to the lapping river is the Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort. It has a large swimming pool nestled between palm trees and local flora. Some hotels and tour companies offer romantic river boat dinner cruises in Bangkok for guests to take in the city lights while being entertained by traditional Thai dancers.
Lumphini Park is a great area of respite as it provides well-lit walking paths that wind around ponds which reflect the towering city scape. The St Regis Hotel and Dusit Thani Hotel are across the street from Lumphini and provide excellent views of the park to share with your husband or wife. The park has paddle boats for hire to share a peaceful moment with your partner in Bangkok.
Many hotels have their own spa to pamper couples side by side. The Pathumwan Princess Hotel in Bangkok has a full-service spa to get you in a relaxed state of mind. Five- star restaurants are also available at this hotel, similar to many of the luxury hotels in Bangkok. Perfect for couples to enjoy a romantic dinner without leaving the hotel.
Although you are faced with a tough choice, you can relax knowing that most Bangkok hotels with higher ratings will offer you romance in one form or another. The great thing about Bangkok is that you are always a short flight or bus ride away from some of the most romantic islands in the world. When you’ve seen the unforgettable views from Bangkok’s highest buildings, you can quickly transition to Thailand’s fabulously romantic beaches.
