Dive in or relax poolside at these properties with pools
Nice executive lounge with friendly and happy staffs, together with good spread of food. Pool is very attractive too. Bathtub of executive deluxe room is very relaxing for a soak. Minor downside is water pressure of shower not strong enough.
The city view from the room was stunning! Staff was friendly and very helpful. The pool bar setting was stunning!
Excellent hotel for families. Allowed us to check in early and check out a little late , staff were great, amazing breakfast. The actual rooms are little dated but you get good value for the price
the staff were great and the Residence was over all great
A nice well positioned hotel with excellent food and excellent staff. Would definitely use this hotel again.
Premium room clean and sufficiently comfortable. Good breakfast and location.
Amazing location, every time I go to Bangkok I stay here. In the middle of everything. Walking distance to sightseeing activities. However there is a little bit of noise from the street at night, but nothing g a pair of headphones can’t fix.
Nice hotel close to BTS Sky train and city center.
Location is excellent, i did not have to go elsewhere, shopping n food everywhere. However, if u do not want hotel bfast, then a walk to look around for breakkie is needed b4 1030hrs. Not hard though. Bts etc at doorstep.
Bangkok is, on average, one of the hottest cities in the world. When the heat from traffic can’t escape because of the towering skyscrapers and densely packed streets, you will find yourself craving a soothing swim in a pool. Whether you’ve been out exploring the temples, walking between shopping malls or simply going across the street to the restaurant, hotel pools offer a much needed area of relaxation.
Luckily, there are hundreds of hotels of different star ratings, from 3 star to 5 star hotels in Bangkok that feature swimming pools. Many of the pools appear to spill over the rooftops onto the sweaty city. If you are looking for the best rooftop pools, check out the St Regis Hotel, Millennium Hilton, or the Grande Center Point Terminal 21 Hotel. There are many more, but all of the former offer spectacular views of the city. Some come with poolside bars, and all will offer sun loungers and umbrellas.
If you don’t like to share your pool, you may want to try the VIE Hotel which includes a personal pool inside its Presidential suite. The Siam Hotel also has a private pool but in a more natural villa setting. You may never want to leave the calmness and serenity of these pools. At the other end of the spectrum, the pool at the W Hotel offers a set up for parties. The cabanas and multi-coloured LED lights create an atmosphere conducive to partying.
If you are travelling as a family, many hotels offer pools solely for children. The Mandarin Oriental has a giant pool for adults and a smaller kiddie pool that allows your children to splash the day away. For the adults, the pools at the five-star hotels often have swim-up bars, like the large pool at the Anantara Hotel.
Make sure that when you come to Thailand the heat doesn’t ruin your trip by choosing accommodation that offers a pool in which to cool off after a hard day of sightseeing and shopping.
