"I liked that the property was in a convenient location as it's connected to the MBK Center. It was nice that the property was always clean. All the staff were overly friendly and welcoming. There was always someone available to address all questions or concerns. I appreciate that the property wasn't in walking distance of the train. This was overall and exceptional hotel and an exceptional experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends."

"There were 4 of us checking in at the same time. This was chaotic for teh staff. The didn't understand that we needed 3 rooms as per our individual bookings. Our request for rooms together, for example single tower, was ignored. The staff were very attentive. The bar staff one/two nights were terrible, missing one item off the ordered list, but all other nights were fine (probably new staff). breakfast was great, highly recommend having this,a s there is a huge variety. Rooms were clean, though...
