2nd stay. Would have been perfect if room was properly set up for 3 persons as per booking and not upon request after checked in. Hair-dryer was missing but promptly delivered after a call. I think the slippers were washed or reused as crumpled and not wrapped. Breakfast was good with fresh juices, yoghurt and nice croissants with prompt replenishment although in small portion. Been to Bangkok 2-3 times yearly and this is the only hotel that did not provide any perks being gold member despite listed as vip access hotel.
