Bad room service. Called to order room service for lunch quickly as kids were hungry with the situation explained to hotel staff as well. Was told that preparation time is around 15 to 20 minutes. Called them after waiting for 30 minutes as no lunch was being delivered. They mentioned that there is a high volume and we will need to wait for another 30 minutes. Was told to make my way to the hotel restaurant instead at level 6 to be served faster. Horrible service from the hotel dining team. When I already had specifically mentioned that my kids were hungry. If the waiting time is long please let customers know upfront instead during the first call so that we can better decide on our options.

We actually really liked the hotel. The service was excellent, the breakfast buffet outstanding and the location is reasonably convenient for shopping and public transit. That said, the smell from the adjacent canal was so awful that we wouldn't book this hotel again. There is nothing the hotel can do about it, except to keep the doors closed, but the smell does waft up to the 9th floor pool level.

This is the best hotel to stay if u are planning to shop in platinum mall and pratunam market. Location is the best thing abt this hotel. Their breakfast buffet is also very good. Deluxe room is very worth staying in. We booked twin room plus extra bed.. but end up getting a queen bed with extra bed. We can make do with it. Hair dryer can be better. In room dining took 2 hours to reach us, which was a little disappointing as we placed our order at 9pm, the staff confirmed it will reached us at 9.30pm.. then we called at 10pm to check, no one pick up, then we called the reception for help and received a call at 10.15pm to ask if we want to order again... I was shocked.. anyway, service recovery was fast and we received our food at 10.45pm. but overall, it's a good stay this round. We enjoyed very much

我覺得洗手間整體的燈光太暗；浴室沒有浴缸，奇怪🤔 酒店整體上都是有些舊，但最大的優點是好接近Big C和Central World；樓下也有一個小型的夜市，很多東西吃😋

I have always enjoyed staying in Novotel hotel as this is not my first experience there However during the one week stay in the family room, my son suffered from some insect bites at night and the rash still persists even now back in singapore so we are rather disappointed this time.

Top notch hotel! Stayed with our two kids in the family room with bunk bed. Room was clean and beds very cozy. Incredible pool. Biggest breakfast buffet ever. Kind staff. Nice little open-air market right outside the hotel and plenty of malls all around. A great splurge for our last night in Bangkok.

I booked 2 nights because this was my connecting city to return home. The location is excellent because I didn't have much luggage so the 10 minute walk to the airport rail link meant I could avoid taking a taxi in nightmare traffic. Hotel is part of a complex and mall with a ton of clothing stores. McDonalds, Starbucks and Krispy Kreme for western tourists right outside the door as well as a long row of local food stalls but the food court inside the mall are better value. Not far from other big shopping malls and linked with a walkway to their BTS stations. Only odd thing about my trip is everything shuts down at midnight (subway, restaurants, etc) so post pandemic experience minus any night life felt strange... hope this isn't the new norm for this huge vibrant metropolis from the past

Very convenient and easily accessible to everything especially if you want to do shopping in Platinum mall. Walking distance to Central World and Siam Paragon. Most group tours also picks up in Siam Paragon. There are massage spas too around and street food. There is a Starbucks downstair, Mcdonalds and money changers. The Park view rooms are very nice and cozy. All staffs are very friendly and prompt. I will definitely stay here again.
