The "manager on duty," Bernissa/Berlissa/Melissa?, was extremely rude to me and my partner. She told me that my Hilton Diamond status was not valued at this property. I was "as good as someone who didn't have any Hilton status." In addition, the room was overrated. I recommend staying at the Conrad in Bangkok, if you want a nice experience. If it's not in your budget, stay at a lower tier hotel because that is what you will be getting if you choose to stay here.

We recently stayed here and loved every minute of it. The staff was extremely helpful for foreigners. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The location on the river and next to IconSiam mall was perfect.

Love the location. Easy to travel by water. Pier is a few steps away. It’s surrounded by beautiful plants and big trees. The spa is also a step away. Not far from Icon Siam. Staff are awesome — receptive and friendly. People are in and out. It’s a busy place.
