"We had reservation at this hotel in oct for 5 days, 1st time in dubai. We got to the hotel at 2.30 am in the night. Staff member at reception said they don't have any reservation for us from Expedia. Still gave us the room saying matter will be resolved in the morning after the staff who deals with expedia reservation arrive. 7 am in the morning when we were still sleeping they called us in the room and insisted we go to the reception to resolve the matter as it was urgent. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and co-operative. Especially Mandeep who helped a lot during my stay. Some sound of night clubs may disturb you until 2am but you gets used to it."
