"We were a group of 6 with two separate rooms, celebrating a friend's 30th birthday, and the carpet in both rooms were SO DIRTY! The bottom of our feet were so black and disgusting. They need to do some serious deep cleaning. I stayed at The STRAT from March 6–10, and unfortunately our experience wasn’t the greatest. On the first day, we tried to shower and realized we had no hot water. I called the front desk, and the representative told me to “run it for 20 minutes” until it warmed up. We had plans, so we ended up taking cold showers.
We were in the “updated” Vegas Tower, but the room didn’t feel upgraded at all. The bathroom barn doors don’t seal, leaving about a two‑inch gap...
