"Overall nice hotel in a convenient location, about a 10 minutes walk to grand central and good restaurants in the area. The staff were kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and a good size but could be updated. The view from the room was incredible! "

"Highly recommend… just returned from a wonderful stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Really appreciated the late checkout option (3:00pm) for later flights. A block to Grand Central station to get you anywhere via subway and walking distance (1-2 miles) from many sites. Felt safe walking the area at night and had plenty of food options nearby. Will definitely stay here again! "

"The financial district was chill for a family vacation, with great restaurants that aren't too busy available nearby. This was a great location for some basic touristy stuff like the staton island ferry, and the world trade center (and ferry to hoboken)."

"Hotel was good, however the first night there was a loud drilling noise coming from the room opposite us at 9pm. Me and my son were unable to sleep because of it. I phoned reception to complain but the lady didn’t appear to be interested, and hung up on me once. Most of the staff were great but one in particular was moody. "

"Overall the property was excellent except for the shower. The temperature fluctuated constantly while showering, losing all hot water at times. Spent longer in the shower than necessary due to time just adjusting temp waiting for hot water. The bartender makes amazing cocktails!!! Especially the Sunrise Colada and Leg Shaker! Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay 😊"
