"Ideally situated, but facilities are not the best. Rooms tired and very small. The headboard needed replacing as it was peeling. Very friendly staff, but not one of the best hotels to stay in."

"The bed was extremely uncomfortable. And the bed cover was very thin ( so you get cold during the night. We were hearing people from the room next to ours and who ckecked in at midnight with a baby talking and laughing loudly through the thin walls and we couldn't sleep. We had to call the front desk 3 times from midnight to 1h30 and same problem. The table in the room was dirty when we arrived and full of fingerprints. Toilet blocked. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are so many other and way way better hotels in New York. "

"Location was great—lots of restaurants, bars in walkable distance. Easy walk to the subway. Friendly staff…though it did give off “we’ve just opened” vibes with troubleshooting for the internet and a desk lamp that didn’t work. Kudos to housekeeping who really went above and beyond. Amenities star reduced by one because of unreliable internet."

"Marijuana smoking in neighbouring rooms, safe does not lock and AC that makes ticking mechanical noise so you can’t sleep. However, when brought to the attention of the lady at checkout. All of this seem to generate only an “hmmm” nothing more nothing less. "

"Breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety. Staff was great, the room was clean but some areas were damaged like my bathroom door it was broken at the bottom and it looks unpleasant to see. Bed was not the most comfortable but it was ok. I rate the hotel 4 because of location and cleanliness."
