No elevator on the ground floor the first night. Had to use an escalator then only one elevator for the hotel. Only one elevator the second night.

Rooms were refreshed every day, the staff was extremely friendly, room service was incredibly fast when I requested anything, the rooms were very clean and the King room with corner view is a must! The location couldn't be any more perfect. We will be staying at this hotel when we visit NYC going forward.
