I don’t recommend this place to anyone Bad service Aggressive staff No smiles Party place Food not the best Pass on this one … the reception employee night shifts will not even get up to help Or will call the cops if his not in control I would not go there so many nicer places in Miami Beach

The hotel is nice as well as the staff. However, the room I had, had a lot of issues, mainly the noise. It faced the courtyard/inner part of the hotel and there was constantly a huge amount of noise coming from it. In the morning, starting before 6 AM there were very loud noises coming from there. Then, essentially 24/7 there was a very loud noise that would occur at random times and it sounded like drilling. When I asked the staff about it, they told me that there wasn't any construction work happening, so I have no idea what was causing that noise, but it was very disturbing, especially during the night. It happened every day and night for 3 nights. Also, the blackout curtains didn't really do their job and the breakfast selection was pretty poor. It didn't cater to dietary needs (e.g. they only offered normal milk and no dairy-free options, the same with yoghurt, etc.) and there didn't seem to be enough food for everyone.

Rooms were clean… needed more power sockets next to the bed.. Location was awesome… Elevator is very old, beautiful but slow…

The hotel was great, friendly style, I like the convenience of having the stores nearby. They walk to the beach only three minutes. The bartender, friendly, great service check-in great! Staff great!
