"Kimpton Paloma is a great location for attending conference at the Miami Beach! Trader Joe’s and Lincoln Road is 5 mins walk. Reception staff team is helpful and courteous. Mattress is too soft though. It would be nice to have options. I am surprised that there’s no complimentary water bottle in room."

"All the rooms are inside of restaurants it’s weird. But over all it wasn’t a bad experience. Just different that you have to walk through a restaurant to get to your room. "

"We stayed at The Gates Hotel in Miami during the week, and overall it was just an okay experience. I do want to start by saying Carlos at check-in was very helpful—he was able to get us an early check-in, which we really appreciated after traveling. However, once we got into the room, it felt very different from the lobby. The lobby is updated and gives a great first impression, but the rooms felt pretty rundown and very basic in comparison. I also noticed that the hotel seemed understaffed. I called to request extra hangers and a bottle opener, and it took about an hour and a half. I actually had to call back to follow up and make sure someone was still coming. Cleanliness was another issue. Around the beds, especially on the black base, there was a noticeable layer of dust that looked like it hadn’t been wiped in a long time. The nightstands also didn’t appear to be properly cleaned. In the bathroom area, the fridge had a thick layer of dust on it, which was pretty off-putting. The shower curtain had holes and visible stains, which made it feel even less maintained. At the pool, I noticed the edges of the tiling had a thick film, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. I did see staff in the morning scooping debris out, but overall the cleanliness didn’t feel up to par. Overall, it was an alright stay, but I would only consider staying here again if I was on a very tight budget. For the price, I think there are cleaner and more updated hotel options in miami"

"We typically stay at the 5 star hotels on Collins ave, and decided to give this hotel a go for a last minute weekender. It did not disappoint. The pool was very clean & lacked one thing that the large hotels on the beach have - screaming splashing children everywhere . I was so thankful to find a quiet relaxing boutique “hidden” gem more geared to adults. It would be perfect for a bachelorette weekend - in fact there were two parties there during our stay. They offered complimentary rose upon arrival & a bottle of cab was waiting in our room to celebrate my guests birthday. There is complimentary beverages during happy hour at the pool on top of that! If alcohol is not your thing - the seasons cafe coffee had a superb latte. The sushi is brought to poolside on a tray making mid afternoon snacks a breeze. Definitely will be recommending this stay to friends & family."

"2nd Staying at an Iberostar property. 1st time was Jamaica, this time Miami. No complaints other than a small room but we were barely in the room. Nice rooftop pool, excellent restaurant. I'd stay again"
