Tasty breakfast available as add on at blue lavender cafe immediately next door. We had a lovely stay and would return if back in Miami Beach. "

"We stayed here for 1 night and it was perfect. Close to the beach and walking distance from many restaurants. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and let us check-in hours early. Spacious rooms with big closets and nice bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable. Overall it was a great affordable stay & I would come back to stay here if I was in the area again!"

"I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay. From the moment I walked in and was helped, it was fantastic. I had requested a quieter room on the top floor, they took note of that and were able to accommodate. They put me in a room upstairs, on the back side of the property. The room itself was huge! You can tell these were likely apartments at one point. I would say it’s about 800+ square feet. Beyond the roomy front room, there was a nice kitchen, large bedroom and great AC. The location...

"The rooms are very basic, and the beds are LOW to the ground. The rooms are older and there isn't much to say about a view. However, it was easy to get to, walkable, very close to shopping, the beach, and the pool was fantastic. The pool was small, and they have pool bean bags not pool chairs, and only 4 of them, and 2 umbrellas. The pool wasn't crowded, and I didn't see a lot of kids which was nice. "The Boulan was a beautiful property, the restaurant they have Orange Blossom had the most amazing food. The hotel was super clean and the staff were super friendly. The rooftop pool is amazing and it also had a bar. Our room had a wrap around terrace overlooking city center, and there was a lot of places just to walk around to. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach and it was super convenient to catch Ubers and DoorDash food to the restaurant. Great stay and will be back soon. "
