"This hotel was the complete opposite experience from Yotel hotel—absolutely excellent. The property was clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. The staff members were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. The only small downside is that the pool is a bit on the smaller side, but that did not take away from the experience at all. I would definitely recommend Novotel Miami Brickell and would happily stay here again. "

"This hotel was absolutely the best. Upon checking in, I was given a cup of rum punch. The rooms were excellent. The view was great. The location was wonderful. In fact, the Bayside marketplace was right across the street. We were able to do a few excursions at the Bayside marketplace. One bin, a sunset, champagne cruise. The pool wrapped around three sides of the building. They even had an area for you to sit that had indoor outdoor grass. The great thing about the pool area is you can order a cocktail and a bite to eat. I would definitely return. "

"Rooms are cute and comfortable; feels like a bedroom at home. Located close to restaurants and stores. Nice stay for overnight cruise trips. My only issue was the staff didn’t follow through on my shuttle to the port. "

"Had a wonderful stay at Smart Brickell. Check in was smooth, front desk was sooo nice and super helpful. Our check in time supposed to be at 4pm but he provided us with a room earlier than that. He acknowledged that my son is getting cranky so he gave us a room way sooner. The room was stunning, super modern, spacious and clean. Definitely will stay here again when we go back to Miami and will surely recommend this hotel to friends and family."
