"I complained that my A/C was not working when I checked in, and they fixed it. But it stopped working on the 2nd night again. Called the front desk and nobody looked into it. Pretty disappointed"

"The room was clean, the facility is beautiful and the staff was nice, with the exception of the very, very loud cleaning and catering crew in the morning. A lot of laughing and yelling back at one another across the lobby in Spanish. At one point we thought they were arguing. Also, it seemed like the workers were staying there. Their friends and family were partaking in the evening appetizers and breakfast(?). The WORST part was the parking (Metropolis) automatically charges you based on your Lic Plate and the front desk knows zero about anything to do with parking. I had extra charges on my card even before I parked. I finally got through to Metropolis (parking) through a chat online and they "said" they would refund the extra charges. It's $25 plus tax per day and extra charges if you enter and exit because there is a camera at the gate...horrible. I do not recommend this hotel based on the parking alone."
