"The room was not overly clean. The sink and toilet was clean but the walls were dirty and the tub was not usable for a bath shower only but no body wash or conditioner and the toilet paper holder kept falling apart .Thank goodness the linens were very clean on the bed and the beds were comfortable . Our coffee maker didn’t work either . There was nowhere to sit and eat in your room or in the hotel lobby . Even though there were tables inside the lobby , security would only allow sitting there no eating or drinking. I found the staff we arrived with where unfriendly and didn’t really care to help you but the receptionist we had when leaving was amazing."

"The hotel was so nice I would come back every time I go to miami! We were only there for a short amount of time for a layover and we are so sad we couldn’t spend more time and use all the amenities! Regardless it was lovely, nice staff, easy check in, beautiful room and view, would definitely recommend!"
