"Check in was quick and easy. JD on reception was excellent and very helpful. Our room was very clean and well stocked with anything that may be needed although charged to the room there was plenty of choice. Great range of utensils for cooking if required with a dishwasher. Also has a washing machine & tumble dryer. Hotel has a great gym and swimming pool etc and this is where you will find the bar area and breakfast, which has brilliant staff and an excellent choice of food which tasted great! Also amazing views of the Bay Area. It’s also just across the main road from plenty of bars/restaurants (the Bayside marketplace) with lots of small shops, boat tours etc. If needed they also run a shuttle service to the port if going on a cruise. Just book the night before. We would definitely choose to stay here again."

"Upon arrival, there were two ladies at the front desk, the shorter one wasn’t friendly at all, she was very cold and standoff-ish. The hotel is very old and rundown. Glad we only needed to stay for a night. Definitely not worth the price. Now to the room, the AC works that’s for sure but it SO OBNOXIOUSLY LOUDDD!!! We called down to the front desk and asked for extra blankets, they said they couldn’t get us any because the laundry staff was gone for the day. That’s absurd service. What hotel cannot access more blanket/towels. The room was dirty. The bathroom is smaller than my closet. One of the beds was lopsided. Just a very rundown old hotel. I wouldn’t recommend anyone here. The hotel restaurant is insanely overpriced. $18 for 6 wings, wowwww, insane!!!"

"A wonderful property in the heart of the Brickell District. Literally a few steps from excellent restaurants as well as an inhouse restaurant and bar. The pool and fitness center is on the 20th and heated and has a spectacular view. The rooms have a beautiful highrise view of the Cityscape and compact clean rooms have the most Comfortable beds ever. A beautiful cocoon. The lobby and bar area have ample seating with plenty of comfortable couches and tables. We will try and stay at a CitizenM Hotel whenever available. "
