"The room was lovely,but the hotel staff wasn’t very knowledgeable during check in . Also they didn’t let us know that the elevator wasn’t working previous to booking that was a major inconvenience since my mom is disabled. Good for two nights sleep though"

"For the price this hotel is great. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. It was located in a passageway between two buildings of the hotel but it was wide enough that we got sun during the day and far enough from the street to be quiet at night. The balcony was a great place to spend a little time in the afternoon. The included breakfast was fine and the bar in the evening was a nice place to have a glass of wine and watch the foot traffic. Lots of good restaurants nearby."

"The hotel was overall good but it was not clear that it’s currently under renovation and a lot of the amenities listed on the website were unavailable. They also did not have working elevators. "

"The check in and check out was very easy. Simply gave us the code for the building and room. Rooms were clean and I especially liked the shower. Very close to shops and restaurants. The beach was literally 3 blocks away! When we come back to Miami, we will definitely book here again"
